Cancellation Policy

* Appointments and Cancellations: * Appointments can be made by phone, online, or in person. * We require a 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than (48)hours in advance, the fee will be 100% of the service cost. * No-shows or failure to cancel within the specified time frame will result in a charge of 100% of the reserved service amount. * Refunds and Redos: * Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with any service, please inform us within 48 hours of your appointment. We are happy to make reasonable adjustments to ensure your satisfaction. However, we do not offer refunds for services rendered. * Late Policy: * Clients arriving late may have their services adjusted to fit the remaining time available, with full charges applied. Significantly late arrivals may require rescheduling. * Use of Images: * We may take before-and-after images of your service for our portfolio and social media. Please let us know if you prefer not to have your images used. * Personal Items: * We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Please keep your valuables with you during your visit. * Children and Guests: * To ensure a relaxing and safe environment for all clients, children are not permitted in the salon unless receiving a service.
